The iPhone Duo is Apple's first foldable iPhone, running on the A20 Pro chip with a dual 16-core Neural Engine, a 6-core CPU (20% faster than the A19 Pro) and a 7-core GPU with Neural Accelerators.
Unfolded, it has a 7.6-inch Super Retina XDR display with a nano-texture finish; folded, a 5.4-inch Super Retina XDR outer display takes over. Both run ProMotion up to 120Hz and reach up to 3,000 nits peak brightness. The wide-angle OLED panels use optically clear adhesives to keep the crease as subtle as possible, and the design folds flat for use in landscape, portrait, tabletop and hands-free video-call poses, with Split View multitasking across the inner screen.
The rear 48MP Dual Fusion camera system pairs a Main and Ultra Wide lens with 2x optical-quality zoom, shoots 4K at 120fps and supports Cinematic mode. There's a 12MP Center Stage camera for regular selfies, plus an under-display FaceTime camera built into the inner screen. A dual-battery system gives up to 31 hours of video playback on the inner display or up to 44 hours on the outer display, with fast charging to 50% in around 20 minutes.
The frame is Grade 5 titanium with Ceramic Shield front and back, rated IP68, and unlocks with Touch ID built into the side button rather than Face ID.
