OzMobiles provides 4 convenient payment options for our customers

If you want to pick-up your device and you're located within Victoria select the "Pickup (VIC only)" option. You will be able to pick up your device(s) within 2 hours. You will be sent a text message and an email as soon as your device(s) are ready to collect. We're located in Little Collins Street Melbourne - full address will be given once you have placed the order.

You will need to place an order on the website to place a Pick Up order. We don't accept payment via cash or card in-store.

Paypal

Paypal

Select the option with the PayPal logo/text and follow the prompts. You don't need to have a PayPal account to use PayPal / pay via your credit card with PayPal.

Zip Pay

Buy now, pay later!

You can now purchase a device from our website, and pay in easy instalments. Select Zip Pay during the checkout process and follow the prompts.

Afterpay

Another buy now, pay later option for you.

If you have an Afterpay account, you may pay in 4 fortnightly instalments that are interest-free! Once Afterpay payment option is selected at checkout, you will be redirected to your account to finish the transaction.

If you have an Apple Pay account, you may use your account for making a transaction with us.

If you have a Shop Pay account - where it already stores your payment details (so no need to fill it up again), you may select this option at checkout.

We offer an option to pay via Mastercard or Visa via our credit card option on our website through Shop Pay or Shopify's native credit card portal.

In recent times we have experienced a high number of sales from fraudulent credit cards. To protect our customers and ourselves, we sometimes ask customers to verify their identity with our additional checks to ensure the card ownership. We will contact you via email or phone call should we require any additional details from you.

If you have failed our check, and is unable to push through with the transaction, you may try other modes of payment. We strictly enforce that you successfully fill in the correct details, else we will not process your order.

If you wish to receive free express delivery please select the FREE EXPRESS POST option. You will be not be charged for the delivery fees. This may take one to three days to arrive depending on where in Australia you are located.

30-day returns - faulty devices

If you receive your items and they appeared to be faulty or not as described we are pleased to offer our customers within the first 30 days of purchase:

• A replacement unit of the identical make and model as the original item ordered

• Return the broken unit to be repaired

• A store credit or a refund

Please reach out to us to discuss all available solutions. For a speedier return please include as much information as possible, including faults experienced and photos where required.

Please note:

• In order to receive a full refund, the device must be sent back in its original condition complete with original box and accessories. If returned without box and accessories we will deduct a 15% re-stocking fee

• Our technicians must be able to verify the reported fault with the device. If no fault is verified the device will be returned to the customer.

• Device must not have any internal water damage, cosmetic damage or be iCloud/activation locked.

• Any signs of tampering or unauthorised third party repairs will be rejected and the device will be returned to the customer.

• A return authority (RA) must be obtained prior to sending the product(s) back. If a customer has not contacted us prior to sending the product(s) back, or have not sufficiently obtained an RA number, OzMobiles will reject the return and return the parcel to the sender. OzMobiles also will take no responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit if sent to OzMobiles without an RA number.

• We will provide a free reply paid address to cover the cost of the return shipping. It is advised to package the return carefully and to add tracking to the parcel.

If your device develops a fault from normal use within the OzMobiles warranty policy, we can offer free exchanges or repairs during this timeframe. Please see our warranty page for full details on this process.

Order Cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order shortly after placing it? No worries - OzMobiles can accommodate order cancellations provided that the order is cancelled before it has been shipped.


If you wish to cancel your order please immediately log a new request with our team with your order number and reason for cancellation here. Please note that we do dispatch orders at lightning speed and your order may already be on its way to you. Once it has left our warehouse we are unable to cancel the order.

Change of Mind

Sometimes after using your purchase for a short while there may be something you don’t like. Therefore OzMobiles can certainly assist you with returning the device and helping you find something more suitable if returned within 30 days of purchase.


For a change of mind return please contact our customer service team through this page with as much information as possible. One of our customer service consultants will be able to assist you in returning the phone. Our consultants are specialised in helping our customers find the perfect phone for their requirements.


Please note:


• OzMobiles is unable to oxffer change of mind returns for accessory purchases.

• In order to be eligible for the change of mind return scheme, the device must be sent back in its original condition complete with original box and accessories. Otherwise, a 15% re-stocking fee will apply for devices not returned in the original condition, and $50 will be deducted from the refund if all accessories are not returned in their original condition.

• Device must not have any internal water damage, cosmetic damage or be iCloud/activation locked.

• Any signs of tampering or unauthorised third party repairs will be rejected and the device will be returned to the customer.

• Change of mind returns will be facilitated through a direct exchange for another product, refund or store credit.

• We will provide a free reply paid address to cover the cost of the return shipping. It is advised to package the return carefully and to add tracking to the parcel.

•Shipping insurance fees, if selected during check-out, are non-refundable. A re-stocking fee of $30 will be deducted from all 30 day change of mind returned orders to cover our shipping costs. We are happy to waive this re-stocking fee should you choose a direct exchange or store credit to be used towards another order.

Refunds can only be made the same way the payment was received. No exceptions. Refunds will be reversed from the original transaction made - we cannot refund to a new card or bank account.

OzMobiles operates and owns "sell.ozmobiles.com.au" for customers to sell their old or unwanted device.

We are only responsible for your device once it reaches our office. Once online tracking shows "Delivered" we will take full responsibility in case of any issues.

There are 3 ways a customer can get their device to us

- Via drop off in the CBD Melbourne - you must have made an order on the site first.

- Self-Post method; once you have created an order you may go to any Post office Australia wide and use our free reply paid address to mail your device(s) to us.

Please note that any additional insurance is your responsibility, if your parcel gets lost during transit we will not be held responsible.

- Satchel Option; You may select this option if you want to wait for a satchel to arrive. Please note that the satchels do have tracking numbers on them, but there is no insurance.

We do not recommend this option for expensive devices. If you want to have insurance please use the self-post method and pay for insurance at the post office.

- I will ensure that all payment information (PayPal Email Address, Account name, BSB and Account number) are correct. Ozmobiles does not validate the details provided and cannot guarantee the receiving bank validates the details for the payment instruction. Any error in these payment details may result in a loss of funds. To the extent permitted by law, Ozmobiles is not liable for loss arising from any error in instructions given or by an authorized user.

- Ozmobiles will dispose of any iCloud/Samsung/Google locked devices after 14 days after we have sent an email out to unlock the device.

Accidental Damage Protection (Service Fee)

- For any of our devices we offer a "Accidental Damage" Protection Service for a service fee. This accidental damage covers customers for any physical damage (external or internal which includes damage to OLED screen), battery wear and tear with the service fee payable in both cases.

- Any liquid damage caused by the customer is excluded from accidental damage cover. In case of any external damage, damage to OLED screen, drop, liquid/water damage, opening of the product, repair or diagnosis by another party than the seller of the device, the customer will lose all rights connected to the warranty.

- The fee to cover accidental damage will be paid out directly and before any repairs are carried out to OzMobiles's repair partner. The fee is specified below and customer is limited to one physical damage repair claim (Incident fee) per agreement

Device Value = Repair Incident Fee

Under $500 = $109 inc GST

$501-$1200 = $209 inc GST

$1201-$2000 = $259 inc GST

- Ownership of extended Warranty cover cannot be transferred between customers. All warranty products and services by OzMobiles and OzMobile's repair partner exclude coverage of any extent related to data recovery or loss. At no point for any reason can OzMobiles or OzMobile's repair partners be held liable for lost user data.

How we rate our devices

A refurbished device that is 100% fully functional.

Scratches may be visible on the screen from arm's length, plus minor dents. Exceptional value.

The device is in 'As New' condition with very faint to no marks on the device.

Never used and come with their full Australian Manufacturer's Warranty. Some might have been opened for quality checks, but they have never been activated.

These devices are refurbished and renewed by Apple. They are in “like new” condition, refurbished
with genuine Apple replacement parts and come with 12 month
Apple warranty.
