- Checked properly: we inspect it and test it with Phonecheck to confirm the fault.
- Not covered: water damage, accidental damage and repairs by third parties.
New devices carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Apple Certified Refurbished devices carry Apple’s 1-year warranty.
Battery Health Guarantee
Every refurbished device arrives with at least 80% battery health. Exceptional grade arrives with at least 90%.
- Covered for the warranty: if battery health drops below 80% while your device is under warranty, we repair or replace it for free.
New devices come with a brand-new battery.
30-day returns
Returns within 30 days, for faults and for change of mind.
- Faulty? Returns under warranty are free: we send you an Express Post return label.
- Change of mind: send it back within 30 days with the free return label we email you. A $30 restocking fee comes off the refund, or nothing if you take store credit instead.
- What can come back: phones, tablets, computers and watches, unlocked and in their original condition with all accessories. Up to $50 comes off if accessories are missing.
Not returnable for change of mind: accessories, AirPods and headphones, and battery and screen protector installs. Express shipping fees aren’t refunded.
