2. Look for the device you wish to sell and make sure you Create a Trade In order by finishing the steps!Β 

3. Enter all the details of the device - you will need to identify the condition of your device if it's As New, Working, Faulty or Dead.Β Guidelines will be provided on the site to assist you with selecting the condition.Β 

4. Select any of theΒ FREEΒ shipping methods below to send your device/s to us

  • Via AuspostΒ -Β You may send your device to us via our Free Reply paid address (meaning it's for FREE and shipping cost is covered by us!)
  • SatchelΒ - this will be sent together with your OzMobiles order if you have just purchased. Otherwise, this will be mailed to your address separately.Β 

5. Select your preferred payment methodΒ 

  • Via bank transfer
  • Via PaypalΒ 
  • Via ChequeΒ 

6. And that's it!Β An Order Number will be provided to you which will be your main reference number.Β 

7. Send your device/s to us and once we receive your parcel, payment will be sent to your account withinΒ 3-5 business days!
