• Galaxy S23: This device is available in 128GB or 256GB of storage and 8GB of RAM.
• Galaxy S23+: This model is available in 256GB or 512GB of storage and 8GB of RAM.
• Galaxy S23 Ultra: This phone is available in 256GB or 512GB of storage and 8GB of RAM or 1TB of storage and 12GB of RAM.

Screen 

All three devices in the Samsung Galaxy S23 Series have different-sized screens, making it easy to choose the best one to suit your needs. 

• Galaxy S23: The screen size is 6.1 inches
• Galaxy S23+: The screen size is 6.6 inches
• Galaxy S23 Ultra: The screen size is 6.8 inches

All three models come with a protective glass screen and metal frame. The Gorilla Glas Victus 2 and Armor Aluminium significantly reduce the chance of scratches and increase the longevity of the devices.
