COVID-19 and OzMobiles

The effects of the COVID-19 Pandemic have been far-reaching, and we at OzMobiles are devastated to see the impact that this is having on the health and wellbeing of our fellow Australians. We hope that in this stressful time all of our customers and those closest to them are safe and well.

At this time OzMobiles is still fully operational, with orders still shipping every single business day. We have implemented new hygiene practices in the office to ensure the safety of our team and our customers.


Our Hygiene Practices

    • All members of our team are wearing disposable gloves and other PPE at all times in our offices, regardless of whether they are part of our shipping or customer service teams.
    • Every single phone that we ship is being completely disinfected for your peace of mind.
    • Full disinfecting and cleaning of our offices at the close of every business day (work surfaces, cupboards, communal areas, everything!).

Please note, that there have been changes to Signature on Delivery packages of Australia Post which are out of our control. This has been implemented as a safety measure for Australia Post staff, and Australia Post have advised the following:

"Further, to minimise the risk of contracting or spreading coronavirus, all parcels – be it at a post office or at a residence – will no longer require a signature for delivery or collection."


Delivery Delays

It has come to our attention that some of our customers are experiencing delays in the arrival of their parcels by 1-2 business days for both Standard and Express shipping. We are ensuring that your parcel is shipped out from our office within 24 hours of receiving your order, however, shipping time is beyond our control. Rest assured, our teams are continuously monitoring the status of your parcels to make sure they arrive at your chosen address.

Opening of our Pick Up Option

As of the 28th of October, we are pleased to be re-opening our doors for our Melbourne  pick up option - while still adhering to rigorous safety practices. 

Our pick up option has changed. All our customers will now need to pay online before filing for a pick up. As part of our validation process, if you chose to pay via Credit Card, kindly present the card you used for the transaction to our staff member upon pick up. 

Please note that we’re still observing social distancing, so only up to 4 people at a time are allowed to pick up their devices.

    • If our office is at capacity, you will be asked to wait downstairs until we have finished serving the customers in the office.
    • Floor markings will be used to direct customers in order to maintain 1.5meters distancing.
    • Face masks are a condition of entry and will be worn by all of our staff. You will not be permitted entry into our office unless you have a permitted exemption you can provide to our staff.
    • We encourage customers to have their order information ready - to ensure quick service.

Never used and come with their full Australian Manufacturer's Warranty. Some might have been opened for quality checks, but they have never been activated.
Like New
It is in 'As New' condition with very faint to no marks on the device and is 100% functional
Minimal Signs of Wear
Minor signs of wear & tear on the sides or back. No chips/dents to the body and is 100% functional.
Minor scratches
Average wear & tear. There might be some minor scratches on the screen but these devices are 100% functional and offer exceptional value.
Visible signs of wear
Obvious wear & tear.  Scratching on the screen and/or minor chips and dents around the edges but 100% Functional. The most exceptional value for the price conscious consumer.
