These devices are never used and come with their full Australian Manufacturer's Warranty. Some of them might have been opened for quality checks, however, they have never been activated.

These are devices that have been used in display cases or have just generally been out of their package at some point in time. They are in 'as new' condition with minimal/no marks on them.

Good 

Amazing condition both internally and externally. No scratches or marks on the screen, there may be minor signs of wear & tear on the sides or back. No chips/dents to the body.

Average 

Average wear & tear. There might be some minor scratches on the screen (however these will not be visible if the device is on). These devices are fully functional and offer exceptional value. 

Fair

Obvious wear & tear. There will be visible scratches on the screen and sides with potentially small dents on the frame. The most exceptional value for the price conscious consumer.
